美式風格的別墅設計，源于美國歷史、文化和地理環境的獨特融合，展現了人們對舒適、自然和自由的追求，強調了適用與實用，注重空間布局的合理性和功能性。從外觀到內飾，美式風格都強調與周圍環境的和諧共生。外觀方面，通常采用自然的石材、木材等元素，營造出一種與大自然緊密相連的感覺。內飾方面，美式別墅則喜歡使用木質家具、天然石材和棉麻布藝等環保材料，以營造溫馨、自然的家居氛圍。

在細節的處理上，設計融入復古元素，如復古沙發、木質梁柱和復古床品等，讓人感受到濃厚的底蘊。同時，美式別墅也喜歡運用各種藝術品和裝飾品來點綴空間，展示主人的獨特品味和審美觀念。

VILLA APPEARANCE & GARDEN

別墅外觀和花園

別墅四周綠樹成蔭且有河水圍繞相伴，生態環境相當舒適。因此，庭院的設計中，考慮得更多的是如何與周圍環境能很好的融合：綠意盎然的草坪、郁郁蔥蔥的樹木、精致的花園……這些元素共同構成了一個美麗的庭院景觀。在這里，我們可以享受戶外生活的樂趣，感受大自然的恩賜，讓身心得到充分的放松與愉悅。

The villa is surrounded by green trees and surrounded by river water, creating a comfortable ecological environment. Therefore, in the design of the courtyard, more consideration is given to how to integrate well with the surrounding environment: lush lawns, lush trees, exquisite gardens... These elements together constitute a beautiful courtyard landscape. Here, we can enjoy the fun of outdoor life, feel the blessings of nature, and fully relax and enjoy our body and mind.

FOYER & LIVING ROOM

玄關客廳

入戶的玄關像亭臺一般，四周的頂窗架一盞美式風味濃厚的吊燈，讓人一進門就感受到濃郁的古典美式風情，地面的波導線很好的把玄關和廊道進行分割，白墻加深棕色的實木裝飾的讓空間富有層次感，廊道很好的將玄關與客廳銜接了起來，讓整個空間的縱深感有了很好的表達。

The entrance to the house is like a pavilion, with a strong American style chandelier on the top window frames around it, making people feel a strong classical American style as soon as they enter. The ground's waveguide line effectively separates the entrance and corridor, and the white walls and brown solid wood decoration add a sense of hierarchy to the space. The corridor effectively connects the entrance with the living room, expressing the depth of the entire space.

寬敞的客廳，搭配著精致復古的家具和溫馨的裝飾，營造出一種典雅愉悅的氛圍。落地窗外，綠意盎然的庭院與遠處的風景交相輝映，讓人心曠神怡?；始宜{的窗簾增添了不少華貴的氣息，搭配上華麗的水晶吊燈，使得整個空間盡顯奢華。

The spacious living room, paired with exquisite retro furniture and warm decorations, creates an elegant and pleasant atmosphere. Outside the landing window, the green courtyard and the distant scenery complement each other, making people relaxed and happy. The royal blue curtains add a touch of luxury, paired with gorgeous crystal chandeliers, making the entire space appear luxurious.

DINING ROOM & KICHEN

餐廚

開放式的餐廚空間，明亮而干凈，一家人圍在一個圓桌吃飯，其樂融融。一旁的廚房倒臺，洗、切、配都非常的方便，柜體的儲物量也是滿滿的，相信在這樣的空間做飯，感受一定很舒適。

An open kitchen space, bright and clean, where the family gathers around a round table to enjoy their meals. The kitchen next to it is very convenient for washing, cutting, and matching, and the storage capacity of the cabinet is also full. I believe cooking in such a space will be very comfortable.

BASEMENT

地下室

多功能的地下空間成為了集娛樂、休閑、家庭聚會于一體的場所，棋牌、麻將、健身、影音各種設施應有盡有，一側的采光天窗使得整個地下室明亮透氣，而藝術雕刻的裝飾工藝品讓整個空間增添了不少文藝的雅致氣息。

The multifunctional underground space has become a place that integrates entertainment, leisure, and family gatherings. There are various facilities such as chess and cards, mahjong, fitness, and audio-visual. The skylight on one side makes the entire basement bright and breathable, while the decorative handicrafts of artistic carving add a lot of artistic elegance to the entire space.

BEDROOM & TOILET

臥室&衛生間

主臥采用了古典美式風格，與別墅的各個空間風格一致。

The master bedroom adopts a classical American style, consistent with the various spatial styles of the villa.

兒子的房間，除了地板以外，其余的裝修設計更趨于現代簡約風格，顯得干凈利落與時尚。書臥一體的設計，讓工作之余，累了直接可以在一旁的床上休憩一會，體現了現代人處事的效率與方便。

In addition to the floor, the decoration design of my son's room tends to be modern and minimalist, appearing clean and fashionable. The integrated design of book and bedroom allows people to take a break on the bed next to them after work, reflecting the efficiency and convenience of modern people's handling of things.

衛生間的采用了灰紋的墻地磚，搭配上金屬材質的浴具，顯得高級、品質。

The bathroom adopts gray textured wall and floor tiles, paired with metal bathware, which appears high-end and high-quality.

別墅的其余各個空間也被精心設計，注重空間的實用性與美觀性，體現了美式風格的舒適、自然、歷史文化和輕松自在的生活方式。

The remaining spaces of the villa are also carefully designed, emphasizing practicality and aesthetics, reflecting the American style of comfort, nature, historical culture, and a relaxed and comfortable lifestyle.
